Sustainability, for us, is about looking after every part of our business that matters for the long term. That includes our environmental impact. It also includes our people, and the way we trade. If we fail to attend to any of these, we will not be a sustainable business.
Doing this well is not about sweeping changes. It is about enough small changes that they become the way we do things around here.
We have split our sustainability strategy into three pillars: Planet, People and Profit. Inside Profit sit five workstreams: Health & Safety, Business Continuity, Supply Chain, Quality and Ethical Trading.
