Structural and heavier-duty sheet for load-bearing applications.

Aluminium sheet is the everyday workhorse of the fabrication shop.

Light, formable, weldable, corrosion-resistant and easy to finish. The trick is matching the grade to the application, because the wrong choice costs you money in scrap, rework or premature failure.

That's why we hold a deep stock of the grades that get used most.

Grades held in stock

1050 (commercially pure aluminium)

The core stock grade. Soft, ductile, easy to form and weld. Excellent corrosion resistance, good for interior and general-purpose use. The cost-effective answer for most fabrication jobs.

3103 / 3003 (3 series)

Manganese-alloyed. Stronger than 1050, with better workability for some fabricators. Widely used in road transport panels and cladding applications.

5251 (5 series)

Magnesium-alloyed. Higher corrosion resistance and more durable than the 1 and 3 series. Used in fabrication, transport and marine-adjacent applications.

5083 (marine-approved 5 series)

The marine grade. Outstanding resistance to seawater and marine atmospheres. Used for boat building, marine fabrication and corrosive environments.

6082 (heat-treatable 6 series)

Harder and stronger than the 5 series, with good corrosion resistance. The choice for structural and load-bearing applications.
